BREAKING NEWS: Texans owner Cal McNair Intriguing Decision To Unveil new uniforms surprises fans

The Houston Texans will don new jerseys in 2024, and it seems like they had to reveal the design far sooner than anticipated.

One image purportedly displaying the new uniforms for the Texans surfaced on Reddit on Monday. Before Texans owner Cal McNair appeared on the platform and verified the design himself by posting a picture of wide receivers Tank Dell and Nico Collins flaunting the new threads, it was uncertain if it was authentic.

There will be “way more to come in April,” according to McNair.
Below is a side-by-side comparison of the Texans’ new uniforms with their previous ones, as well as the original photo that leaked:
The only shirt we have seen is the away version, which is not too unlike the one the Texans previously wore. There is much less red and a little alteration to the shoulder design and lettering. The fact that Houston’s new clothes resemble those of the Atlanta Falcons more than anything else, according to some supporters, is the main distinction.

There have been whispers that a more significant shift may be on the horizon.
