Kansas City lost its third-straight game to the Royals, with Kyle Isbel and Freddy Fermin scoring home runs. Nelson Velazquez had an RBI double, and Isbel and Massey drove in runs. Jonathan Bowlan gave up four runs, striking out three. Velazquez scored a double, and the Royals trailed 2-0.
